You can become a full member if you

• have a postdoctoral qualification or hold a professorship in business administration;
• are habilitating in business administration, are a postdoctoral researcher in a research assistant position, or hold a junior professorship in business administration;
• have a doctorate and are engaged in academic work in the field of business administration.

Anyone who can prove that they are working towards a doctorate in business administration at an academic university with the right to award doctoral degrees can become a junior member.
