Research assistants / PhD Students (all genders) 75% part-time
We are a young and dynamic team committed to identifying and exploring research questions in the area of human resource management, neurodiversity and organisational behaviour. Members of the chair engage in research and teaching activities at the Berlin campus, and are embedded in the wider network of ESCP Business School. We are focused on driving diversity and inclusion, and therefore welcome candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
Duties and responsibilities
The objective of these positions is to contribute to the development of the chair in research and teaching activities. The responsibilities include tasks such as:
- Conduct independent and collaborative research in Human Resource Management, Neurodiversity or Organisational Behaviour.
- Produce high-quality research publications and present findings at academic conferences.
- Develop and deliver teaching content in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour, including mentoring and providing feedback to students.
- Engagewith a wider academic and practitioner audience to build a collaborative network.
- Actively participate in ESCP’s doctoral programme and develop a personal research agenda.
Qualifications and motivation
Weexpect candidates to demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for research and teaching. Candidates should have successfully completed their studies in business administration or a related discipline, and demonstrate a strong interest in scientific work. To join our team, we are looking for proactive and outgoing individuals who enjoy working in an international team. The position requires fluent English skills, additional German or French language skills are a plus.
Positions are filled on a rolling basis but by September 1, 2025 at the latest.
